Poster Presentation & Exhibition
The poster panels must be no larger than A0 (Portrait style) which is 841 x 1189mm. Text must be readable from a distance. Please be aware that there is no space for excessive sizes. Presenters are advised to make A4 photocopies and business cards for participants use. Authors will be required to do a short presentation (2-3 minutes) about their poster during the daily “poster walk” which will be scheduled during and immediately after lunch time on every day of the congress. Each poster will be allocated a specific day for display.
Please note the following deadline dates for oral and poster presenters:
30th December 2016: Submission of abstracts and workshop presentations
Presenters in the Knowledge fair component of the programme (free scientic communication) will have 30 minutes for their presentation and 15 minutes for questions i.e 45 minutes in total for their presentations. Powerpoint presentations will have to be submitted to the organisers on the day before their presentation is scheduled. It will then be loaded on the desktop computer at the venue where they will present.

Accepted abstracts will be published in our Nutrition Magazine (digital), and will be available on the Internet one month prior to the Conference as submitted by the authors.
